Sales

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit.

Returns

Return Conditions: 

• Any merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned. 

• Body Suits are final sale. 

• Bralettes are final sale. 

• Accessories are final sale. 

• All original tags must be attached.  

***Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defective and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.

Shoe Returns: 

• All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. 

• If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box. 

• If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return.

Return Center:

To process a return,

1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you continue.

2. Simply send an email to hello@shoptheivylane.com with “Return Request” in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will reach out to you within 24-48hrs.
